Birthday Parties
Book your Birthday Party TODAY!
Forget about the hassle of birthday party planning when you turn it over to the Rail City Athletics staff. We’ll do the all the work and the clean-up, so all you have to do is come in and enjoy the day with your birthday star and guests! Max of 15 children.
Parties include 1 hour 15 minutes on the main floor with our tumbl trak, bounce house, gymnastics equipment, and air pit. After your open play on the floor, you’ll get 45 minutes for cake, presents, and pizza (or any other things you’d like to bring). Your 1 hour and 15 minutes on the floor will include 45 minutes of free play and 30 minutes of games and activities around your theme.
Your party will take place in our entire gym space! You will have the gym area all to yourself! Parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays. Birthday cake is not included. Booking requires a 50% deposit.
Because we know parties can be hectic, additional floor time is available for purchase. To take advantage of this, we recommend booking your party 6-8 weeks out to ensure there is time available to add on as our parties typically have a 30-minute buffer.

Rail City Athletics Birthday Party Policies
1. Party set up- Families are allowed to come into the gym to set up 30 minutes prior to the party starting.
2. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied if canceling more than a week in advance, and no refund will be available if canceling the week of the party.
3. All guests must have a WAIVER on file to participate.
4. Any children under 3 parents must stay at the facility.
5. Activities and games facilitated in the gym will be run by our amazing coaches. If your party opts out of the games, free time will be monitored by staff.
6. Themed parties consist of 30 minutes of themed games and activities and 45 minutes of free time in the gym.
7. The remainder of the 45 minutes is spent being facilitated by parents for parties, food and presents.
8. The bounce house is set up for all parties, unless requested otherwise. Party rental includes use of the gym space, trampolines and the bounce house along with any themed items selected by the family upon booking.
9. No food and drinks are allowed on the gym floor.
10. 15 participants are counted in the party total, if the party has over 15 participants the account will be charged at $10 per additional participant.

PARTY EXTRAS
Additional Guests | $10/child
Parties include up to 15 children, parents are not included (not including the birthday child).
*Parties with additional guests must be booked 1 month in advance, and the final guest count must be given 2 weeks before the party date
Additional Time
*Extended parties must be booked 1 month in advance and may not be available for all party times.
PARTY COSTS
All of our parties are $245 for the two hour party. Included in your party is your choice of theme. Party includes up to 15 kids, parents are not included in this count.
Additional athletes are $10 per athlete
