RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
This is the perfect class for athletes looking to build strong fundamentals, body control, core strength, and knowledge of tumbling forms and shapes. Athletes will progress from general strength building to advanced tumbling skills and how to build power in shapes and angles.

Preschool Gymnastics
During these classes for our youngest athletes, we focus on independent learning as well as group learning skills. Our instructors teach the fundamentals of tumbling, core strength, balance and flexibility.
For our 3 & 4 year olds, Preschool Gymnastics allows athletes to learn skills independently on the main floor and with equipment.
- Improve locomotor skills (balance, jumping, climbing)
- develop social skills (waiting turns, listening to instruction, sharing)
- Foundational gymnastics skills and gym safety
RECREATIONAL Tumbling

Recreational Cheerleading
This is the perfect class for an athlete looking to train the multiple disciplines of cheer. The class will include training in stunting, tumbling, and jumping. Athletes will work to build the fundamentals of the various cheer skills needed to be on any cheer team.
Our recreational cheer is a 6-12 week session with a performance at the end. This is perfect for beginners who love going to a football or basketball game to watch the cheer teams! Students will learn tumbling, motions, stunts, jumps, and a short routine.

RECREATIONAL Hip Hop
Our Beginner Hip Hop Class is designed for children, ages 5-12 years. During class, our instructors teach fun routines as well as stalls, isolations, tricks and other fun skills. Our recreational cheer is a 6-12 week session with a performance at the end. Our hip hop classes perform at community events and will have in-house performances and recitals.

NEW CLASS
Little Ninja
Here at RCA, we're all about getting kids active and challenging them! What better way to do both AND help them build friendships than to attend our Little Ninjas class?!?
This class will be a great chance for them to have an absolute blast while challenging themselves and making friends. Little Ninjas will include Ninja Games, obstacle courses, challenges, martial arts, and more!
Ages 5-10 | Open to team members and non-team members.

Tiny Tots
Tiny Tots is perfect for littles on the go! This 45-minute class is catered for little ones to work on gross motor skills, tumbling, music and movement, and more! The first 30 minutes are structured activities led by a Rail City coach, and the last 15 is open play.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Walking through age 3 with a parent/guardian. To try out this class check out our Introductory special!
